Biografilm Festival, the International Film Festival entirely dedicated to biographies and life stories, taking place in Bologna from 7 to 17 June, will also be the showcase for some new Green Film certified films.
In the Biografilm Italia competition, on Sunday 9 June, you can find the story of “Sindrome Italia“ , first film by Ettore Mengozzi.

The documentary follows the lives of Corina, a woman affected by “Syndrome Italia” after years of working in Italy and who is slowly trying to build a new life for herself after so much suffering, and that of Natalia, a woman who is instead experiencing on her own skin the harsh conditions of working as a caregiver in Italy: isolated, thousands of miles away from her children, alone. Two women who reflect each other over and over again and who struggle for a different future.
The section “Special Events” will include screenings of “Non riattaccare” and “La Storia il romanzo dello scandalo”.
