In the recent years, the audiovisual industry has increasingly focused on environmental, social, and economic sustainability. This commitment is reflected in the number of productions that have received the Green Film certification: over 150 across Europe in the past year and a half. A significant figure for 2024 is that, in the official selections of the Rome Film Fest, 13 films have been awarded with this certification, while another 4 have been selected for Alice nella Città, the independent and parallel section of the Rome film festival dedicated to new generations and the discovery of new talents.
Here are the Green Films at the prestigious 19th edition of the ROME FILM FEST, taking place from October 16 to 27.
