Early 1970s: Don Benzi is a visionary dreamer convinced he can change the world, but nobody gives him credit. With the help of a group of unlikely volunteers, he sets up projects and opens shelters in Italy and around the world. In particular, in the 1990s, Don Oreste, despite criticism and people’s disbelief, brought the drama of enslaved prostitution to light. From that moment until his death in 2007, Don Oreste never stopped fighting for the last of society.
